If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on returns and refunds.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery. All items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at support@shopsentosa.com to authorize a return. After that place the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

The following Goods cannot be returned:
· Photo prints will not be accepted for returns as they are custom printed orders specially made for you.
· Any goods ordered from the personalised gifts collection from our store will not be eligible for returns.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We provide an insured and trackable courier service.
Refunds
- Process:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item through email and phone.
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- We process refunds immediately. In some cases you will receive the credit within 7 days depending on your card/bank issuer’s policies.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased by a third party and then shipped directly to you, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate/store credit will be mailed to you.
