1. Shipping Methods and Costs

Standard Shipping Using Our Logistics Partner 'Delhivery':

Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days

Delivery Time: 5-7 Business Days

Free Shipping Across India.

 

2. International Shipping

 Delivery Time: 15-20 business days

Cost: INR 4200.00 flat rate

Customs and Duties: The recipient is responsible for any customs or duties fees.

 

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxe addresses.

 

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Our logistics partner is Delhivery, You will also receive tracking details from Delhivery on your registered email address and phone number provided at the time or order.

 

6. Damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
