In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- You can return the goods through contacting us within 7 days of delivery.
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised will NOT be eligible for returns for example photo prints.
Refunds:
We try our best to process refunds the same day of receiving the returned product, but in some cases refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your card/bank issuer’s policies.
